In this new role, she is expected to strengthen the organization’s quality systems, lead regulatory compliance initiatives, and drive continuous improvements in operational excellence. Her appointment comes as part of Stivaph Healthcare’s commitment to enhancing its global quality standards and ensuring compliance with evolving industry regulations.
Prior to joining Stivaph Healthcare, Komal held the position of Assistant Manager – Global QA at Biotech Healthcare, where she was instrumental in driving digital transformation, implementing global quality management systems, and conducting training across teams. Her efforts contributed significantly to streamlining QA processes and boosting organizational compliance across diverse markets.
Before her stint at Biotech Healthcare, Komal served at Zydus Group, one of India’s leading pharmaceutical companies, where she worked as a Quality Assurance Executive. There, she focused on key aspects of regulatory auditing, documentation, and the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), laying a solid foundation for her expertise in compliance and quality operations.
