Before joining Felix Hospital, Vaibhav served as General Manager – Home Care at Antara Senior Care, where he led initiatives in senior citizen home healthcare, assisted living, and transition care support for patients post-discharge across Delhi NCR. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Portea as General Manager, DIVOC Health as Head of Sales, and SRL Diagnostics as Regional Business Manager, driving sales, channel expansion, and operational growth across multiple regions.
Vaibhav’s experience also includes significant roles in telecom and sales management with Tata Docomo Business Services, Idea Cellular Ltd, and Reliance Communications, where he honed his leadership, business development, and service excellence skills.
