His tenure there reflected his strategic mindset and a strong ability to manage high-stakes engineering challenges within a complex pharmaceutical environment.
Swapnil’s career trajectory also includes key leadership roles such as Senior Executive – Engineering Compliance at Shilpa Medicare Ltd, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening regulatory frameworks and audit readiness. He further honed his international project management skills during his time as Assistant Manager at Orion Lab in Algeria, gaining hands-on exposure to global operational standards and cross-border project execution.
