Shubham Jaiswal has been appointed as Senior Circle Head at PNB MetLife Insurance Co. Ltd., marking an important leadership move within the organisation’s PNB Bancassurance channel. In this role, he will be responsible for strengthening regional performance and driving focused growth initiatives across key markets.
In his new mandate, Shubham will work closely with bancassurance partners to enhance channel productivity, deepen branch engagement, and accelerate business expansion. He will also lead high-impact sales teams, ensuring consistent execution, strong governance, and alignment with PNB MetLife’s growth strategy within the bancassurance ecosystem.
Shubham brings strong expertise in channel sales, team leadership, and market development within the life insurance sector. His hands-on leadership style, combined with a deep understanding of bancassurance dynamics, positions him well to deliver sustained performance and scalable growth across regions.
Prior to joining PNB MetLife Insurance, Shubham spent over eight years at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, where he progressed through roles including Area Manager, Cluster Manager, and Senior Cluster Manager. During this journey, he managed large teams across diverse geographies, strengthened distribution networks, and consistently drove business outcomes through disciplined sales execution.
Earlier in his career, Shubham gained foundational exposure through marketing internships at Bajaj Finserv and 9X Media Pvt. Ltd., which helped shape his customer-centric approach and commercial acumen. His appointment reinforces PNB MetLife’s focus on building strong regional leadership to drive bancassurance-led growth.
