Ruchita Jain, a seasoned market research specialist and certified CX catalyst, has been elevated to the position of Assistant Vice President at Axis Max Life Insurance Company Limited. With over 15 years of experience across customer insights, NPS strategy, and consumer behaviour, Ruchita has continually demonstrated thought leadership in using data to transform customer experience in the life insurance sector.

Since joining Max Life Insurance in 2015, Ruchita has steadily grown through the ranks—starting as Manager in Customer Marketing and Insights, then moving on to senior leadership roles, culminating in her current AVP position. Her instrumental role in building and institutionalising the Net Promoter Score (NPS) framework across the entire customer journey has made her a key contributor in decision-making forums chaired by the C-suite.

In her current role, Ruchita leads insight-driven strategies that bridge the gap between evolving customer expectations and product innovation. She brings deep analytical capabilities, Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and hands-on experience in customer research and behavioural analytics to refine customer-centric growth strategies at Axis Max Life.

Prior to her tenure at Max Life, Ruchita worked at Kantar TNS as Project Director, where she oversaw end-to-end quantitative research for major clients. She began her career as a Software Engineer at Aricent Technologies, showcasing her multidisciplinary strengths early on. She holds an MBA in Marketing from FORE School of Management and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
