Rishi Raj has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer at Conscient Infrastructure Private Limited (CIPL), the real estate developer with a 40-year history of prestigious projects. His appointment marks a significant step in Conscient’s growth journey as it expands across residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate development.
Rishi Raj joins CIPL from Max Estates Ltd., where he served as Chief Operating Officer for over four years. In this role, he was responsible for strategy, growth, construction and development, sales and marketing, digital transformation, ESG initiatives, investor engagement, and P&L management. He successfully led the expansion of Max Estates’ portfolio to nearly 8 million sq. ft. across Delhi NCR, spanning commercial and residential asset classes.
Previously, Rishi Raj was Chief Business Development Officer at Max Ventures & Industries Limited, overseeing strategy, growth, and leasing functions of the real estate vertical. He also served as Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at Max India Group, where he worked closely with operating companies and the board on growth opportunities, performance monitoring, and enterprise synergies.
Before his leadership roles at Max Group, Rishi Raj built a strong foundation during a 17-year career with McKinsey & Company, where he held multiple senior positions including Senior Practice Manager and Asia Head of the Corporate Performance Centre. His expertise in strategy, corporate finance, and business expansion has positioned him as a seasoned leader in the real estate and consulting sectors, now bringing his vision to CIPL
