With over seven years of progressive experience in packaging research and development, Yedugani brings with him a depth of technical expertise and cross-functional insights that are expected to drive innovation at Lloyd’s Hyderabad-based facility.
Prior to this appointment, Yedugani served as an Executive at MSN Laboratories, where he was instrumental in the packaging R&D of drug-device combination products. His tenure of nearly three years at MSN witnessed major contributions to device compatibility, material optimization, and regulatory packaging compliance, underlining his capacity for delivering critical solutions in a highly regulated domain.
Before MSN, Yedugani honed his expertise at Caplin Point Laboratories Ltd as a Junior Executive and previously spent over four years at NATCO Pharma as a Junior Assistant, working across oral solid dosages (OSD) and injectable formulations. His hands-on experience in packaging development for diverse dosage forms makes him uniquely positioned to lead Lloyd’s ongoing research initiatives aimed at enhancing product stability, safety, and user compliance.
At Lloyd Research Centre, Yedugani will be spearheading packaging development strategies and leading cross-disciplinary teams in the creation of robust and innovative packaging solutions.
