Before joining Apeiro in July 2025, Megha served as the Head of HR at Sophos IT Services, where she led major transformations in talent management, diversity & inclusion, and performance systems over a span of five and a half years. Known for her empathetic leadership and data-driven decision-making, she has consistently been recognised as a champion of human-centred workplaces.
Megha’s career spans across global and Indian markets, including her time in Australia with firms like Placer Management Group and Toll Group, where she handled strategic HR operations, contract management, and workforce planning. Her foundation in human resources was built through key roles at Randstad India and Lumata Digital, equipping her with both tactical and strategic insight across industries.
An MBA in Human Resource Management from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Megha brings a strong academic and professional pedigree to her role.
