Md Waseem has joined LT Group & Dream Sky Realty as Senior Leader, effective July 2025. Based in Gurugram, he will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategy across luxury and commercial real estate, focusing on trust, innovation, and creating lasting value for stakeholders.
Waseem brings over 14 years of diverse leadership experience in sales, marketing, and strategic planning within the real estate and automotive sectors. Prior to this, he served as Deputy General Manager of Sales at Signature Global India Ltd, where he successfully delivered over ₹800 crore in revenue for FY 2023–24 and spearheaded major project launches across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Chandigarh, and Jaipur.
Before his tenure at Signature Global, Waseem was Head of Sales & Marketing at MG Motor India, where he drove a remarkable 341% sales increase within two years and pioneered innovative models such as the Expression of Interest (EOI) system and the industry-first “One Box Price” initiative. Earlier, he held senior roles at Sikka Group and Hiranandani, contributing to large-scale residential and commercial projects while building extensive networks with channel partners and HNI clients.
An MBA graduate from IIM Kozhikode, Waseem is recognized as a visionary leader with a proven track record of scaling businesses, nurturing teams, and driving brand presence in competitive markets. His appointment at LT Group & Dream Sky Realty underscores the company’s commitment to strengthening its leadership bench as it expands its footprint in India and beyond.
