With over 15 years of experience in communications, investor relations, and content strategy, she brings a unique blend of storytelling and strategic advisory expertise to her new leadership role. In her elevated position, Kasturi will continue to drive impactful investor communication strategies, shape annual reports, and strengthen EY’s advisory capabilities in stakeholder engagement and corporate reputation management.
Prior to this elevation, Kasturi served as a Senior Associate at EY, where she specialised in crafting high-quality investor outreach and corporate reporting content across multiple industries. Her work spanned investor communications, Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) content, and thematic annual report development. She has been instrumental in helping clients align business strategy with transparent, audience-centric communication that resonates with stakeholders.
Before joining EY, she worked with Christensen, where she deepened her expertise in investor relations and corporate communication advisory. Additionally, as a freelance communications consultant, she collaborated with leading PR agencies to deliver strategic content across sustainability reports, brand narratives, and media communications. Her creative pursuits as an upcycling artist reflect her passion for sustainability and innovation—values she often brings into her professional storytelling.
Earlier in her career, Kasturi gained valuable experience at Corporate Voice Weber Shandwick, where she managed diverse client portfolios across luxury, lifestyle, and pharmaceutical sectors, honing her skills in client servicing, crisis management, and content development. Her career began at Source Strategic Communications, and she also served as visiting faculty for Public Relations at SIES College of Arts, Science and Commerce, mentoring the next generation of communicators.
