Himanshu Joshi is a seasoned leader in the construction and formwork systems industry, currently serving as the Executive Director at MEVA India. Based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, he brings over 17 years of expertise spanning operations, process improvement, procurement, and technical design. His journey reflects a deep commitment to leadership, innovation, and operational excellence within the infrastructure and engineering domains.
Before assuming his current role, Himanshu served as Director of Operations at MEVA Formwork Systems, where he led strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen project delivery across India. His tenure focused on optimizing workflows, implementing sustainable operational models, and driving performance excellence across multiple functions. His leadership has been instrumental in scaling MEVA’s footprint in the Indian market.
Prior to joining MEVA, Himanshu held the position of Director at BII Formtek Pvt. Ltd., where he contributed to strategic business transitions and organizational restructuring. Earlier, during his long and successful career at PERI India, he served in various capacities — from Design Engineer to Head of Operations — over an impressive span of more than 11 years. During this time, he played a pivotal role in local sourcing, vendor development, and operations management, while ensuring adherence to international quality standards set by PERI GmbH.
Himanshu began his professional career as a Structural Engineer at Leighton Contractors (now CPB Contractors), where he gained valuable experience in structural design and project execution. His technical foundation, combined with strategic leadership abilities, has consistently enabled him to bridge the gap between engineering innovation and business growth.
