Dhiraj Singh to the role of Director of Operations at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters, marking a significant milestone in his decade-plus journey in the food and beverage industry. In this new role, he will oversee operational excellence, process optimisation, and team leadership across the brand’s rapidly expanding café network.
Dhiraj has been an integral part of Blue Tokai since 2016, contributing to its growth from a niche coffee roaster to one of India’s most recognised specialty coffee brands. Most recently serving as General Manager, Café Operations – Pan India, and earlier as General Manager for North and East Region, he played a pivotal role in streamlining operations, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring consistency across multiple locations.
His career began in the quick-service restaurant space with KFC, followed by a six-year tenure at Café Coffee Day, where he managed West Delhi’s largest store with full P&L responsibility. These early experiences helped him develop a strong foundation in retail operations, process efficiency, and customer engagement.
With over 15 years in hospitality and F&B operations, Dhiraj is known for his hands-on leadership style and ability to scale operations without compromising quality. As Blue Tokai continues its national expansion, his strategic vision is expected to further strengthen the brand’s operational backbone while delivering exceptional coffee experiences to customers across India.
