Chandrahas (L.I.O.N.) Bollabattin has taken on a new role as Head HR at RPSG (FMCG) – Apricot Foods Pvt. Ltd. based in Rajkot, Gujarat. With over 18 years of diverse experience spanning FMCG, dairy, beverages, education, real estate, and construction, Chandrahas is known for his people-first leadership and passion for building purpose-driven, high-performing organizations.
Before joining RPSG, he served at Ghodawat Consumer Limited for more than four years, where he progressed from Senior Manager – HRBP to Assistant General Manager – HRBP. In this role, he partnered closely with senior leadership to drive HR strategies, enhance talent engagement, and implement performance-focused initiatives across multi-regional business units. His contributions in leadership hiring, employee engagement, and culture transformation were instrumental in strengthening organizational effectiveness.
Previously, Chandrahas held key HR and administrative roles at Nature Delight Group, Doctor Pumps, Govind Milk & Milk Products Pvt. Ltd., and Kumar Builders. He also contributed to academia as a Training & Placement Officer at MAEER’s MIT Arts, Commerce & Science College, where he bridged industry-academia collaborations and guided students toward corporate readiness.
An MBA graduate from H.N. College of Commerce, Pune, Chandrahas brings with him a deep understanding of human capital strategy, talent management, and organizational culture. In his new role at RPSG (FMCG), he will lead people strategy, talent management, and engagement initiatives at a national level, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
