Gouri Sankar P has joined Intas Pharmaceuticals as General Manager – Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics, bringing with him a wealth of cross-sector experience and a strong track record in building scalable, data-driven supply chain ecosystems. Based in Ahmedabad, Gouri’s appointment marks a strategic move by Intas to strengthen its supply chain capabilities as it continues its global growth trajectory in the pharmaceutical space.
Prior to joining Intas, Gouri led supply chain and analytics operations at Jean Claude Biguine – Salon & Spa, where he efficiently managed logistics for over 3,000 SKUs across 48 locations. His tenure was marked by a focus on optimizing inventory norms, designing go-to-market supply strategies for new brand launches, and leveraging BI tools to streamline distribution.
Gouri also played a pivotal role at The Face Shop India, where he scaled omni-channel fulfillment tenfold and developed advanced forecasting models tailored to diverse product categories—from cosmetics and FMCG to raw materials. Under his leadership, warehousing infrastructure was expanded significantly, and key automation initiatives brought real-time business insights into supply chain decision-making. His data-first approach enabled The Face Shop to minimize stockouts, reduce excess inventory, and align supply with demand with remarkable precision.
With additional experience at Triton Group and Work Store Limited, Gouri’s end-to-end knowledge—from procurement and planning to forecasting and analytics—makes him a valuable asset to Intas Pharmaceuticals.
