During her tenure, she was instrumental in conceptualizing and executing several industry-first retail and digital marketing innovations — including the introduction of virtual AR tools for personalized product selection and geofencing-based consumer targeting to drive in-store footfall across 400+ exclusive stores. She also played a key role in merging real-time retail product launches with digital events, creating an integrated omnichannel retail ecosystem spanning over 4,000 outlets nationwide.

Her leadership extended beyond marketing innovation to operational excellence — having developed a real-time retail management app that enabled data-driven decisions on display share, store hygiene, and SKU performance. Her strategic initiatives consistently enhanced Samsung’s retail visibility and profitability while fostering strong collaborations with top retail partners like Reliance Digital, Croma, and regional distributors.
