Pradeep Singh has been elevated to the position of Manager – Sales & Marketing at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., Farm Equipment Sector (FES), Swaraj Division, effective August 2025. In his new role, Pradeep will be instrumental in driving strategic sales growth, expanding distribution networks, and leading marketing initiatives across the region.
With over a decade of experience in the tractor and farm equipment industry, Pradeep brings a deep understanding of rural markets, product positioning, and channel development. He has been an integral part of the Swaraj Division for more than six years, previously serving as Deputy Manager, where he successfully led initiatives in sales operations, dealer development, and regional strategy execution.
Before joining Mahindra & Mahindra, Pradeep spent nearly six years with TAFE – Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited, progressing through various key roles such as Assistant Area Manager, Territory Manager, and Field Officer. His hands-on experience in ground-level sales, combined with a keen eye for market trends, has enabled him to deliver strong and sustainable performance in highly competitive environments.
An engineering graduate from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, Pradeep holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, equipping him with a strong technical foundation. His leadership is marked by a balance of analytical thinking and field-driven execution—qualities that are expected to further enhance the Swaraj Division’s footprint in key markets.
Pradeep’s promotion is a reflection of his consistent contributions to the company and Mahindra’s focus on nurturing internal talent to lead its next phase of growth in the farm equipment sector.
