Adarsh Nair has been appointed as Zonal Head – Sales at Vistaar Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., marking another significant milestone in his leadership journey in the financial services sector. In this role, he will lead strategic zonal expansion, strengthen the company’s distribution footprint, and drive business growth across key markets. His appointment reflects over two decades of expertise in revenue generation, sales leadership, and building high-performing distribution networks across the NBFC and fintech ecosystem.
Prior to joining Vistaar Financial Services, Adarsh served as South Head – Sales at Choice Finserv, where he played a pivotal role in leading post-merger integration and scaling sales operations across Southern India. He previously held the same leadership position at Loanwired Fintech, spearheading regional expansion across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana while successfully establishing new branches and managing the strategic transition of sales and operations teams following the company’s merger with Choice Finserv. Earlier, as State Head at Electronica Finance, he held full P&L responsibility, driving business growth across secured and unsecured lending portfolios while consistently exceeding regional performance targets.
Throughout his career, Adarsh has built an impressive track record with leading financial institutions including SMFG Grihashakti, Aditya Birla Housing Finance, IDFC Bank, Tata Capital, IndusInd Bank, L&T Housing Finance, HDFC Sales, and SAB Financial Services. Across these organizations, he has led mortgage lending, retail finance, home loans, loan against property (LAP), distribution management, and channel expansion initiatives, while developing strong builder and DSA networks and leading large, high-performing sales teams.
A high-performing financial services executive with over 20 years of experience, Adarsh most recently led a 180+ member team across more than 35 branches at Choice Finserv, maintaining a zero-NPA track record while driving sustained business growth. Holding an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Osmania University, he brings deep expertise in regional sales operations, P&L management, distribution strategy, and fintech-led business transformation. His appointment at Vistaar Financial Services is expected to further strengthen the company’s growth strategy and market presence across its expanding portfolio.
