Ravsaheb Shevatre has been elevated to Senior Regional Production Manager at Kalash Seeds Pvt. Ltd., marking an important milestone in his professional journey in vegetable seed production. In this role, he brings extensive experience in managing end-to-end seed production programmes, crop planning, grower relationships, field operations, quality, cost management and timely delivery across production locations.
Ravsaheb has been associated with Kalash Seeds Pvt. Ltd. across multiple roles, progressing from Breeder to Regional Production Manager and now to Senior Regional Production Manager. His experience includes managing production plans, selecting suitable production windows and growers, training field teams, overseeing crop management, harvest and delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with growers, vendors and labour contractors.
Earlier in his career, Ravsaheb worked with East-West Seed as Seed Production Specialist (Vegetable Crops) and with ADVANTA SEEDS as Field Quality Executive (Vegetable Crop). His experience across vegetable crops, including tomato, hot pepper, sweet pepper, eggplant, gourds, melon, onion and cotton, has strengthened his understanding of field production, quality management and crop-specific requirements.
His career progression reflects a strong combination of technical expertise, operational ownership, team management and relationship-building.
