Arpit Saxena has joined PepsiCo India as Head of Operations, leading initiatives in sustainable polymers, rPET, HDPE, and LDPE. Based in Delhi, Arpit brings extensive experience in process engineering, project management, and polymer production across multiple countries.
Prior to joining PepsiCo India, Arpit served as Project Manager at Rb Karesi, Türkiye from August 2023 to August 2025, overseeing engineering and operational management for large-scale projects. He also worked as Manager of Project Management at Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), Bangladesh from January 2021 to September 2023, serving as an expatriate for process engineering operations.
Arpit’s earlier roles include Senior Engineer at Jindal Poly Films Limited (JPFL), Delhi from June 2020 to September 2023, Project Expert at PT Indorama Polypet Indonesia from February 2021 to June 2022, and Senior Engineer at Reliance Industries Limited in Silvasa from March 2019 to September 2021. He also started his career as a Shift Engineer at Vacmet India Ltd from August 2017 to March 2019.
Arpit holds an academic foundation from SunRise University, Alwar, and his professional journey has been marked by continuous growth in commissioning, engineering management, continuous improvement, and project implementation.
