Alok Baranwal has been elevated to Head of Procurement & P&L | Category – MRO & Indirect Sourcing at Vashi Integrated Solutions. In his expanded leadership role, he will lead procurement strategy, category management, supplier development, contract negotiations, inventory planning, cost optimization, and P&L management while driving operational excellence and strengthening supply chain resilience.
Alok brings over 12 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, supply chain, and vendor management. His expertise in building high-performing procurement organizations, leading digital procurement transformation, and delivering sustainable cost efficiencies has established him as a seasoned leader in the MRO and indirect sourcing domain.
Prior to this elevation, Alok served as Head of Brand MRO and MRO Procurement Manager at Vashi Integrated Solutions, where he led large-scale procurement operations, drove SAP S/4HANA and ARIBA-enabled Source-to-Pay transformation, and built a pan-India procurement organization. Earlier in his career, he held procurement and sourcing roles at Industrybuying.com, RV Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and Airtel, gaining extensive experience across strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement operations, and supply chain optimization.
