Before joining Instamart, Shristi was associated with Zepto as Senior Program Manager II, where she led remarkable growth across six core FMCG categories, achieving over 110% year-on-year growth through strategic customer acquisition and retention initiatives. Her contributions included devising category-specific go-to-market plans, optimizing merchandise strategies, and streamlining operations for top manufacturers by revising trade terms and credit frameworks. During her tenure at Zepto, she also introduced process innovations that boosted the platform’s Average Order Value (AOV) by 10% and strengthened collaboration between brand partners and category managers.
Prior to Zepto, Shristi made a significant impact at smallcase, a fast-growing investment tech platform. She served as Senior Marketing Associate, where she drove go-to-market strategies for product launches, developed 360-degree marketing campaigns, and analyzed customer engagement metrics to refine communication effectiveness.
