Hitesh Salla has been appointed as Vice President – Field Operations (Payments) at DataNimbus. In his new role, he will be leading strategic initiatives to strengthen DataNimbus’s payments ecosystem, driving field operations, digital adoption, and client engagement across key markets. With his extensive background in digital transformation and integration technologies, Hitesh brings a deep understanding of enterprise systems and payment architectures that will help DataNimbus scale efficiently.
Before joining DataNimbus, Hitesh served as Vice President – Digital Transformation & Growth Leader at Tekgeminus, where he played a pivotal role in driving growth and transformation initiatives across the company’s technology and payments verticals. His efforts were instrumental in building high-impact strategies to enhance operational agility and deliver value through innovative digital solutions.
Earlier, Hitesh held several senior leadership roles at Persistent Systems, including Head of Growth & Strategic Solutions – Integration Practice and Head, Solutions & Strategy – Integration Practice. During his tenure, he led teams focused on building next-generation integration accelerators, enabling the company to strengthen its technology footprint across North America and Asia. He had joined Persistent Systems through its acquisition of CAPIOT Software, a company he co-founded and led as Director – Strategic Solutions, where he built advanced integration, middleware, and cloud-based offerings.
Hitesh’s earlier experience spans leadership roles at TIBCO, Intelliswift, Patni Computer Systems, and Deloitte, where he managed global projects in enterprise integration and IT strategy. With over two decades of experience in technology leadership, growth management, and strategic transformation, Hitesh’s appointment marks a key milestone in DataNimbus’s mission to redefine innovation in the payments domain.
