Debashish has been an integral part of Genpact’s growth, holding progressively senior positions over a span of nearly 21 years. His journey includes key leadership roles such as Senior Manager, Manager Operations, and Assistant Manager, where he contributed to improving process efficiency, strengthening delivery frameworks, and driving high-performance team cultures. His extensive exposure to long-term, large-scale operations has equipped him with a strong understanding of the organisation’s systems, client needs, and transformation priorities.
Before joining Genpact, Debashish spent over six years as a Dealership Manager at LML in Kota, Rajasthan.
