Abhi nandan Joshi has been appointed as General Manager (National Head – Projects & OEM Business) at Advance Decorative Laminates, bringing nearly two decades of experience in the building materials, decorative surfaces, specification sales, project business, and OEM segments.
In his new role, Abhi will lead the Projects & OEM Business across India, focusing on strengthening strategic partnerships with architects, interior designers, project management consultants (PMCs), corporate clients, government organizations, and leading OEMs. He will also play a key role in expanding the company’s presence across commercial interiors and infrastructure projects by delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-performance decorative surfacing solutions.
Prior to joining Advance Decorative Laminates Pvt. Ltd., Abhi held leadership positions at ABK Interior Solutions LLP and Merino Industries Ltd., where he successfully led specification sales, project business, key account management, and business development initiatives. Throughout his career, he has built strong relationships with key stakeholders, developed robust OEM networks, and contributed to the successful execution of prestigious commercial, institutional, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and government projects across India.
His appointment reflects Advance Decorative Laminates’ commitment to strengthening its leadership team and accelerating growth through customer-centric solutions, sustainable products, innovation, and next-generation technologies such as Advance XDPC and other value-added decorative surfacing solutions.
