Gaurav Mahajan has been appointed as Assistant Vice President – Engineering at Aditi Consulting, taking on a strategic leadership mandate across Bengaluru and Pune. With nearly two decades of engineering excellence, quality transformation, and Agile-led delivery expertise, he brings deep capabilities across test automation, DevOps adoption, shift-left engineering, clean code practices, and AI-driven quality engineering. In this newly appointed role, he will lead high-impact engineering initiatives, accelerate digital transformation programs, and strengthen delivery frameworks supporting global client engagements.
Over the years, Gaurav has earned a reputation for modernising engineering ecosystems by championing automation-first cultures, enhancing performance engineering maturity, and embedding continuous delivery practices. His strong grounding in enterprise engineering, combined with his ability to align technology initiatives with business outcomes, has consistently enabled organizations to achieve predictable, scalable, and high-quality software delivery. His experience in influencing engineering roadmaps and elevating quality benchmarks positions him strongly to contribute to Aditi Consulting’s long-term digital vision.
Before taking on this appointment, Gaurav served as Technical Director at Globant, where he successfully led multiple cross-functional Agile teams and drove enterprise-wide advancements in automation, performance engineering, and DORA-based delivery improvements. He played a key role in enabling engineering excellence for global clients by implementing data-driven quality practices, setting up scalable engineering models, and mentoring teams to adopt modern engineering methodologies. His tenure at Globant reinforced his ability to deliver measurable improvements across speed, stability, and reliability of software systems.
Gaurav’s career journey spans influential roles at Xnsio, Contentserv, Athenahealth, Above Solutions, Satmetrix, GEP Worldwide, and eClinicalWorks. Across these organizations, he built and led scalable QA organisations, established automation COEs, modernised engineering practices, and enabled continuous delivery pipelines across global product portfolios. His contributions include transforming legacy QA setups into quality engineering–driven organisations, reducing technical debt through structured engineering interventions, and driving collaborative engineering cultures across distributed teams.
With this new responsibility at Aditi Consulting, Gaurav is set to strengthen the company’s engineering organisation and elevate quality across products and platforms. His ability to combine strategic foresight with hands-on engineering leadership will play a pivotal role in enhancing delivery maturity, accelerating technology transformation journeys, and enabling clients to achieve stronger business outcomes.
