In her new mandate, Varinder will be responsible for driving the full spectrum of leasing operations—from identifying high-potential brands and outreach strategies, to pitching, negotiations, and closing deals. Her focus will be on building a well-balanced tenant mix across categories to maximize revenue, footfall, and asset value, while ensuring alignment with the evolving expectations of both retailers and modern consumers.
Before joining M3M India, Varinder played a key role at ELAN Group, where she successfully led leasing initiatives for commercial developments and worked closely with global and domestic retail brands. Her contribution in creating meaningful tenant relationships, strengthening leasing pipelines, and driving asset commercialization has earned her recognition as a trusted industry professional within the retail real estate landscape.
Known for her collaborative and structured approach, Varinder works seamlessly across cross-functional teams including design, MEP, civil, and legal functions to ensure smooth onboarding, agreement execution, and fit-out readiness.
