Her tenure at upGrad Rekrut as National Sales Lead – Banking & Services saw her leading pan-India business operations, managing market mapping, new business generation, and negotiation initiatives across key verticals.
Previously, Satabdi spent nearly five years with Randstad India, contributing to business development and general staffing operations across multiple regions. Her earlier experience with The Adecco Group, Nicco Ventures Limited, and VFS Global further strengthened her expertise in corporate business development, client engagement, HR operations, and market analysis.
