Sandeep Raina has been elevated to General Manager – Haryana & Chandigarh at Otis Elevator Company India Limited, marking a significant leadership milestone in his long-standing journey with the organization. In this role, he will lead business operations across the region, with a strong focus on building a world-class, service-oriented and customer-centric organization while ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
With over 14 years of experience at Otis, Sandeep has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead transformation across sales, service, and operations. Prior to this elevation, he served as Deputy General Manager of Sales, where he played a critical role in shaping North India’s growth agenda—driving go-to-market strategies, strengthening pricing discipline, and enhancing sales capabilities to improve order growth and margins.
He also held the position of Deputy General Manager – Operations, where he was entrusted with reviving service performance across Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. During a challenging phase marked by rising breakdowns and customer dissatisfaction, he successfully unified multiple operational units, led a 300-member service workforce, and restored technical, financial, and safety discipline across a large installed base.
Earlier, as Branch Head for Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir, and Ladakh, Sandeep managed end-to-end operations spanning sales, installation, and service, turning around an underperforming business and rebuilding market momentum. His career began with roles at KONE, Motherson Sumi Systems Limited, and Shivam Autotech Limited, laying a strong foundation in engineering and sales. Known for his focus on team development, operational excellence, and customer experience, Sandeep continues to be a key driver of growth and transformation at Otis.
