Rahul Dhar has taken on the role of Head of Marketing at Sowparnika Projects, a leading real estate developer based in Bengaluru. This appointment marks a significant addition to the company’s leadership team as it sharpens its focus on brand evolution, digital transformation, and strategic growth across key markets in South India.
Rahul brings with him over 18 years of cross-industry marketing expertise, having successfully led brand, product, and digital initiatives in real estate, banking, insurance, and consumer goods. Prior to joining Sowparnika Projects, he was General Manager – Marketing at Sumadhura Infracon Pvt. Ltd., where he managed marketing for residential, commercial, logistics, and co-working business verticals. His efforts played a key role in launching new ventures and strengthening the brand’s presence in a competitive market.
Before that, Rahul held pivotal roles at companies such as Xanadu, Sobha Ltd., TeamLease, and Axis Bank, where he consistently delivered results through customer-centric strategies, integrated marketing campaigns, and data-driven decision-making. From orchestrating brand revamps to driving digital adoption in legacy sectors, his approach has blended creativity with business impact at scale. He also co-founded a consulting firm where he advised brands on go-to-market strategies and performance marketing.
An alumnus of IIM Calcutta, where he completed the Advanced Program in Marketing and Strategy, Rahul also holds a diploma in Strategy Management from IBMI, Berlin. Known for his dynamic leadership and deep understanding of consumer behavior, Rahul is set to play a pivotal role in elevating Sowparnika’s brand equity and revenue performance through innovative and multichannel marketing strategies.
