Pranshu Varshney has been elevated to the position of General Manager – Service & Product Care at Q-Line Biotech Limited (formerly known as Q-Line Biotech Private Limited). In his new capacity, he will spearhead service operations across India, ensuring top-notch customer support and product performance across Q-Line’s diagnostics and biotechnology portfolio. Based in New Delhi, Pranshu will continue to strengthen the company’s technical service excellence, customer experience, and operational reliability while driving the strategic growth of service functions nationwide.

This elevation comes as a recognition of Pranshu’s remarkable contribution as National Service Manager at Q-Line Biotech, where he led end-to-end service operations for over three years. Under his leadership, the service division witnessed notable advancements in process efficiency, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction. He successfully implemented initiatives to minimize downtime, enhance equipment performance, and foster stronger client relationships. His consistent commitment to service quality and operational integrity has been instrumental in building customer trust and recurring business for the organization.

Before joining Q-Line Biotech, Pranshu gained valuable global experience at Advance Technology Company (ATC), Kuwait, where he served as Service Supervisor & Regulatory for more than four years. In this role, he managed regulatory standards and service excellence across the region, contributing to operational improvement and compliance alignment with international healthcare benchmarks. This exposure broadened his technical and managerial expertise, preparing him for future leadership roles in the diagnostics sector.

Earlier in his career, Pranshu held key technical and leadership roles with industry leaders such as Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, Roche Diagnostics India, Trivitron Healthcare, and Ortho Clinical Diagnostics. At Beckman Coulter, he served as Service Team Leader, overseeing complex technical service functions across North India. During his tenure at Roche Diagnostics, he managed operations as Key Account Manager & Associate Technical Consultant (RPS) for the Delhi/NCR region and Nepal, delivering strong performance outcomes. His earlier stints at Trivitron and Ortho Clinical Diagnostics provided him with a robust foundation in biomedical engineering and service excellence.

With nearly two decades of rich experience across India and the Middle East, Pranshu has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, technical acumen, and customer-centric thinking.
