Mohammed Haneef has joined Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Ltd (MEIL) as Associate General Manager – Strategic Initiatives & Investment Management Group (SMG). In his new role based in Hyderabad, he will be responsible for driving strategic projects, investment initiatives, and corporate growth programs for MEIL, one of India’s leading infrastructure and engineering conglomerates.
Prior to this, Mohammed worked at PwC for over three years, where he served as Manager and Senior Associate in the M&A Deals Advisory division. During his tenure, he specialized in deal strategy, operational due diligence, and project management, supporting large-scale transformation and integration initiatives for clients across industries.
Before PwC, he was associated with PKF Sydney & Newcastle in Australia, where he led corporate finance mandates involving M&A transactions, fundraising, and capital market advisory. He began his finance journey with roles at Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited, Professional Traders Group, and S&P Global Market Intelligence, building a strong foundation in valuation, investment analysis, and market research.
With extensive experience in strategic finance, mergers & acquisitions, and investment management across global markets, Mohammed brings a well-rounded perspective to his role at MEIL, helping shape the company’s long-term growth and diversification strategies.
