Prajith V M has taken on the role of Head of Marketing & Senior Vice President at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, one of the world’s leading jewellery brands. In his new mandate, he will spearhead all facets of marketing, bringing his extensive experience across luxury, retail, and digital-first ecosystems to drive the brand’s growth and strengthen its global presence.

With more than 17 years of experience, Prajith has built a distinguished career in marketing leadership roles across renowned organizations. Prior to joining Malabar Gold & Diamonds, he led growth marketing at Landmark Group for Styli, a prominent GCC-based fashion e-commerce platform, where he successfully drove multi-market acquisition and retention campaigns. He also played a pivotal role in revenue growth by enhancing performance marketing, CRM, SEO, and loyalty initiatives across the GCC and India.

Earlier, Prajith served as Head of Digital & Growth Marketing – APAC at Fossil Group, where he managed end-to-end digital, performance, and CRM strategies for marquee brands such as Fossil, Michael Kors, and Emporio Armani. His leadership was instrumental in delivering record-breaking revenues in multiple markets while setting up a global center of excellence for digital marketing capabilities.

He also had a long and impactful stint with De Beers Forevermark, leading brand, digital, and e-commerce functions across India and the UAE. His work contributed to the rapid growth of the brand’s digital commerce and its recognition as one of the fastest-growing luxury jewellery players in the region. In his early career, Prajith gained valuable experience at Diageo India and Cognizant, shaping his expertise in brand building, digital transformation, and customer engagement.

With his deep expertise in luxury brand marketing, growth strategy, performance-driven campaigns, and digital innovation, Prajith is well poised to drive Malabar Gold & Diamonds’ marketing vision forward. His appointment marks a significant step in strengthening the brand’s global positioning and accelerating its journey of connecting with modern consumers while staying rooted in tradition.
