Monica Anshul Mishra has been elevated to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Fibe.India (formerly EarlySalary), marking a significant milestone in her distinguished career. With this elevation, Monica will continue to lead the company’s people strategy, drive organizational culture, and strengthen Fibe’s human capital agenda to support its growth journey.
Monica has been an integral part of Fibe since 2022, serving as Head of Human Capital Management. In this role, she has been instrumental in shaping talent initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning people practices with the company’s strategic goals. Her leadership has played a pivotal role in building a future-ready workforce at Fibe.
Prior to Fibe, Monica had a rich career spanning leadership positions across leading organizations. She served as Group Executive Vice President – Human Capital Management at YES BANK for nearly a decade, where she drove transformative HR initiatives at scale. She also founded Hrforstartup, focusing on guiding early-stage ventures in building strong people practices. Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at Catwalk Worldwide, Reliance Retail, and Piramal Pharma Ltd.
