Prior to joining Qualitest, he held senior leadership roles at Cigniti Technologies, Mancer Consulting Services, and Avance Consulting, where he managed end-to-end hiring processes for diverse business units. His experience spans lateral, mid-level, leadership, and campus hiring, allowing him to build high-performing recruitment teams and implement innovative hiring strategies tailored to organizational needs.
