Kritika Agarwal has been elevated to the role of Deputy General Manager – Brand Marketing at Domino’s, under Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., marking a significant milestone in her career as a brand marketing leader. With this move in July 2025, Kritika takes on a pivotal role in strengthening Domino’s brand equity and consumer connect in a rapidly evolving food services market.
Her journey at Domino’s began in August 2023 as Senior Brand Marketing Manager & Social Lead, where she led several high-impact campaigns and digital initiatives. Over her two-year stint, she has been instrumental in redefining the brand’s narrative on social platforms, enhancing engagement, and driving cultural relevance among Indian consumers.
Prior to joining Domino’s, Kritika made her mark at OLX and OLX Autos, where she spent four years spearheading brand and digital strategy. Her notable contributions included building strong integrated campaigns and leading social media efforts for both auto and consumer tech verticals. Before that, she served in various marketing leadership roles at Aviva India, where she launched innovative insurance campaigns and led their award-winning Alexa skill, “Insurance Made Simple.”
An alumna of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and Miranda House, University of Delhi, Kritika brings with her a rare blend of analytical thinking, consumer insight, and creative execution. Her educational foundation, coupled with her experience across sectors like fintech, insurance, and consumer tech, makes her uniquely positioned to lead brand strategy at Domino’s in a hyper-competitive QSR landscape.
