Dr. Satishpuri Gosavi has been appointed as Co-Founder & Chief Academic Officer at Stetho, a healthcare education startup dedicated to establishing academic excellence, fostering a research-driven mindset, and advancing global quality and skill standards for healthcare professionals in India. In this leadership role, he will spearhead academic strategy, curriculum innovation, institutional quality frameworks, faculty development, and skill-based education initiatives to bridge the gap between healthcare education and industry requirements.
Prior to co-founding Stetho, Dr. Gosavi held multiple leadership positions at PW Institute of Innovation (PW IOI), where he most recently served as Assistant General Manager (AGM) and Pan India Head of Academics. He played a pivotal role in strengthening academic quality, curriculum design, institutional development, faculty training, and higher education management across healthcare campuses nationwide. His leadership focused on enhancing both academic and student experiences while developing industry-ready allied healthcare professionals through structured quality assurance and strategic academic planning.
Earlier, Dr. Gosavi served with Tech Mahindra Foundation as Assistant Dean and Head of Department – Academics, where he led academic strategy, curriculum development, quality assessment, healthcare education projects, and faculty capability-building across multiple healthcare academies. Before transitioning into academic leadership, he built a strong clinical foundation through roles at Chellaram Hospital Diabetes Care & Multispeciality, Rao Nursing Home, Universal Hospital Pune, Chaitanya Multispeciality Hospital, and Parvati General Hospital, gaining extensive experience in emergency medicine, critical care, inpatient services, and healthcare delivery.
With over 15 years of experience spanning healthcare practice, academic leadership, curriculum development, and institutional management, Dr. Satishpuri Gosavi has consistently contributed to advancing healthcare education and workforce development. His appointment at Stetho reflects the organization’s vision of building a future-ready healthcare education ecosystem through academic excellence, innovation, research, and globally aligned skill development for healthcare professionals.
