At Kotak Mahindra Bank, he will lead teams responsible for managing compliance workflows, improving operational controls, and ensuring alignment with evolving industry and regulatory guidelines. Prior to this, he served as Director – Information Security at FlexM, where he played a pivotal role in designing compliance structures for fintech operations and strengthening risk and governance programs.
