Champa B V has been appointed as AVP – Talent Acquisition at Peepal Consulting. In her new role, she will be leading recruitment operations for GCCs and RPO verticals, focusing on building scalable hiring strategies and developing high-impact teams. Peepal Consulting, founded in 2005, specializes in recruitment services across domains such as Analytics, Technology, Quant hiring, and executive search — and Champa’s leadership is set to strengthen the firm’s presence in these key areas.
Before joining Peepal Consulting, she served as AVP – Associate Vice President at Fidelis Technology Services Pvt Ltd for over two years. At Fidelis, she played a pivotal role in driving recruitment excellence, managing alliances, and contributing to strategic talent growth initiatives across multiple regions including India, Singapore, the Middle East, and the USA.
Earlier, Champa worked with Multi Recruit for over six years as Manager – Recruitment, where she led end-to-end hiring processes for startups and SMEs across diverse sectors. Her previous experiences also include leadership and consulting roles at ABC Consultants as Senior Consultant – Technology Practice and at Ameri100 as Manager – Human Capital, where she contributed to strategic workforce solutions and IT staffing.
Champa began her professional journey with organizations like Maintec Technologies, NetConnectGlobal, DSL Software, and PeopleOne Consulting. Across her career, she has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, program management, strategic partnerships, and team leadership — positioning herself as a growth-driven HR leader in the technology and recruitment space.
