Amrita Karmokar has taken on a new role as Senior Manager – HCM at YES BANK. Based in Mumbai, Amrita brings over a decade of experience in human capital management, leadership hiring, and strategic talent acquisition across leading organizations in India.
Before joining YES BANK, she served as a Project Consultant at EY for nearly three years, where she specialized in HR transformation projects, talent engagement, and workforce strategy for clients in the financial services sector. Prior to that, she worked with National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) as Assistant Manager – Recruitment, leading manpower planning, leadership hiring, and internal recruitment programs for NPCI and its subsidiaries.
Earlier in her career, Amrita held the role of Senior Recruiter – Leadership Hiring at Teleperformance, managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse functions including operations, business development, finance, and analytics. Her experience also includes working at Global Options where she handled recruitment across industries such as IT, BFSI, media, and FMCG.
