With an illustrious career spanning over two decades in real estate leadership, Abhishek brings deep expertise in P&L management, market expansion, and end-to-end project delivery. Prior to joining My Home Constructions, he served as the Group CEO and Director at Puravankara Limited, where he was instrumental in driving strategic growth across residential and commercial asset classes. Under his leadership, Puravankara expanded its presence in eight major cities and strengthened its position as one of India’s most trusted developers. His tenure was defined by a focus on corporate governance, operational efficiency, and sustainable urban transformation.
During his time at Puravankara Limited, Abhishek led the organization through key phases of restructuring and brand consolidation, strengthening joint ventures, optimizing capital utilization, and enhancing customer-centricity. His leadership was marked by foresight and a long-term strategic view, ensuring business resilience amidst evolving market conditions. Before his elevation to Group CEO, he served as Chief Operating Officer and CEO at Puravankara, contributing to large-scale developments and innovation-driven business strategies that redefined the company’s market presence.
Earlier in his career, Abhishek held several prominent leadership positions, including CEO roles at Raymond Real Estate, Radius Developers, and Kapstone Constructions Pvt. Ltd. (Rustomjee). At Kapstone, he successfully managed the Thane Township Project, a 7.2 million sq. ft. mixed-use development valued at over USD 1 billion, overseeing operations from design and approvals to sales and handover. His strategic insights, coupled with a hands-on approach to project management and financial performance, established him as a result-oriented leader who bridges innovation with disciplined execution. His early years at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) as Head of Retail & Investment Services (West India) provided him with a strong foundation in real estate investments, private equity, and corporate advisory — experience that continues to shape his strategic leadership.
