Arjit Tyagi has been appointed as State Head – Legal at SRG Housing Finance Limited. In his new role, he will lead the legal function for the state, overseeing compliance, litigation, and regulatory matters to support the company’s growing housing finance operations across the region.
Before joining SRG Housing Finance Limited, Arjit worked with SK Finance Ltd as Senior Regional Legal Manager, where he handled legal operations across multiple locations. He was responsible for managing risk mitigation, recovery processes, and legal due diligence in asset financing, contributing to efficient legal governance and business growth.
Previously, Arjit was associated with ICICI Home Finance Company Limited as Regional Legal Manager and with AU Small Finance Bank as Area Legal Manager. In these roles, he played a key part in managing legal portfolios, recovery cases, and regulatory compliance, demonstrating strong expertise in the financial services sector’s legal domain.
Arjit began his career with Legatio Legal, followed by stints at Adarsh Credit Co-Operative Society Ltd., Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Finova Capital, where he developed a solid foundation in corporate law, credit recovery, and contract management. His journey reflects steady growth across reputed financial institutions, building a comprehensive legal career spanning nearly a decade.
