Sada Srinivasan has taken on a new role as Associate Vice President – GTM, AWS Business Unit at HCLTech. Based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area, Sada brings over two decades of leadership experience in cloud transformation, AI adoption, and enterprise growth strategies across global markets. His career has been defined by driving customer success and accelerating digital innovation through AWS and next-generation technologies.
Prior to joining HCLTech, Sada Srinivasan served as Head – AWS Business, North America at LTIMindtree. In this role, he led go-to-market (GTM) strategy, client engagement, and business acceleration with AWS cloud solutions, focusing on leveraging generative AI to deliver measurable business outcomes. His leadership helped strengthen LTIMindtree’s AWS ecosystem and expand its footprint across strategic industries.
Before LTIMindtree, Sada Srinivasan had an illustrious 18-year tenure with Tata Consultancy Services, where he held multiple global leadership positions, including Head – US Central Market Development for AWS Business Unit and Global Head – BFSI Industry Transformation for the Cognitive Business Operations Unit. During his time with Tata Consultancy Services, he drove cloud adoption, digital transformation, and hybrid cloud modernization across verticals such as BFSI, manufacturing, telecom, and healthcare.
Earlier in his career, Sada Srinivasan held key roles at The Blackstone Group, where he led IT infrastructure and security operations, and played a pivotal role in designing and managing enterprise data centers and network architectures. His early experience in systems administration and IT infrastructure at The Blackstone Group laid the foundation for his deep expertise in enterprise technology and digital modernization.
With a strong background in cloud computing, AI, and strategic business development, Sada Srinivasan is now set to drive the next phase of growth for HCLTech’s AWS Business Unit — helping clients harness the power of cloud and AI to scale innovation, agility, and customer success.
