Gagan Mohan Singh has been appointed as Chief Information Officer at Sookti AI, an enterprise technology company building Agentic AI solutions for the SAP ecosystem. In his new role, he will spearhead the company’s technology vision, helping global enterprises modernize complex SAP landscapes through autonomous AI-driven execution while accelerating SAP S/4HANA transformations. Bringing nearly two decades of experience in SAP transformation, enterprise technology, and digital innovation, Singh’s appointment marks a significant milestone as organizations increasingly embrace intelligent automation to reshape enterprise operations.
Prior to joining Sookti AI, Gagan built an impressive leadership career across some of the world’s leading organizations. He began his SAP transformation journey at IBM, leading major SAP ERP implementations for global enterprises including PepsiCo, Tropicana, Frito-Lay, L’Oréal, Becton Dickinson, Jubilant Pharmaceuticals, Eicher Motors, Dish TV, and ITZ Cash Cards. He later spent five years at PepsiCo, driving enterprise control initiatives before taking on technology leadership responsibilities at Page Industries (Jockey), where he managed large-scale system integrators and complex IT transformation programs.
His extensive enterprise expertise was further strengthened through leadership positions at NEC Corporation India and Deloitte India. At NEC Corporation India, he led presales and program management for organizations including Futaba, FCC Clutch, India Steel Summit, and Isuzu Motors. Most recently, as Director – Enterprise Sales at Deloitte India, he played a pivotal role in accelerating enterprise adoption of SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP initiatives across leading Indian businesses. Alongside his corporate leadership, he also founded Dukantastic, successfully scaling its Kiryana Offers application to support traditional retailers with modern digital capabilities.
Beyond his executive leadership, Gagan is widely recognized as an SAP Mentor (appointed in 2025) and an influential voice within the global SAP community. His ability to simplify complex enterprise technology concepts—including RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, and clean core strategies—for a growing audience of over 67,000 LinkedIn followers has established him as a trusted industry thought leader.
