Swati Sinha has joined Signpost India as the Head of Human Resources, bringing with her nearly two decades of rich and diverse experience across talent strategy, leadership development, and organisational transformation. Her appointment comes at a strategic time as Signpost India strengthens its nationwide presence in out-of-home media and smart city solutions.
Prior to her current role, Swati served as Senior Consultant – Human Resources at Gensol Group, where she contributed to shaping people strategies aligned with fast-evolving business demands. She is best known for her impactful stint at Sterlite Power, where she held multiple HR leadership positions, including Vice President and Head – Talent, OD, Employee Engagement and D&I. During her tenure, Swati led initiatives that significantly improved workforce engagement, capability development, and diversity practices across the organisation.
Swati’s earlier career includes HR leadership roles at Tektronix, Accenture, and Tech Mahindra, where she specialised in employee relations, policy design, HR business partnering, and global mobility programs. Her time at Accenture also included an international assignment in Germany, focusing on global talent mobility frameworks—underscoring her ability to operate across complex, multicultural environments.
A graduate in Psychology from Patna Women’s College and an MBA in Human Resources from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, Swati brings not just strategic HR capabilities but also a deep understanding of human behaviour, change management, and culture-building.
