Suyash Singh has taken on a pivotal new role as Assistant General Manager – Talent Acquisition at FNP (Ferns N Petals), bringing with him over a decade of rich human resource leadership experience. Based in Gurugram, Suyash officially joined the company in May 2025, where he is now entrusted with spearheading talent acquisition strategies to support the company’s ambitious growth and people-first vision.
Prior to his current role, Suyash served as Manager – Human Resources at Zenon, where he played a key role in managing the full spectrum of HR functions—from recruitment and employee relations to training, compliance, and policy formulation. His ability to align HR strategies with business outcomes and build strong organizational culture has been widely recognized.
Suyash’s career includes a notable stint at realme India, where he served as Assistant General Manager – HR, leading national talent acquisition efforts, implementing learning and development programs, and managing performance systems across multiple verticals. He also held leadership roles at Mastech Digital, FCS Software Solutions Ltd, and other dynamic organizations, consistently delivering impact across talent strategy, engagement, and organizational development.
In his new capacity at FNP, Suyash is expected to drive robust hiring processes, enhance employer branding, and build talent pipelines to support business scalability.
