Shubham Dhangar appointed as Assistant Vice President at Marsh, a global leader in insurance broking and risk management. Based in Gurugram, Shubham will play a pivotal role in driving client engagement, strengthening strategic partnerships, and expanding Marsh India’s presence across key industry verticals. His leadership is expected to enhance the company’s service delivery and contribute to its continued growth in the insurance advisory domain.
Before joining Marsh, Shubham was associated with Aon for more than four years, where he served as Senior Manager and Manager – Indian Client Business. During this tenure, he managed large corporate accounts, developed risk transfer strategies, and provided consultative solutions to clients across sectors. His contributions were instrumental in strengthening Aon’s client relations and advancing its position in India’s competitive insurance market.
Shubham’s earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited, where he worked as Deputy Manager for nearly four years. In this role, he focused on corporate insurance solutions, underwriting, and claims management. He also began his professional journey with SecureNow Insurance Broker, where he gained hands-on expertise in client servicing, policy structuring, and insurance broking operations.
Additionally, Shubham had an early exposure to public sector dynamics during his internship with Housing and Urban Development Corporation. With over a decade of experience spanning insurance, risk management, and client advisory, he continues to build a strong career foundation rooted in strategic insight and relationship-driven excellence.
