His tenure at MSN Laboratories reflected a strong commitment to aligning people strategy with fast-evolving business needs.
His earlier roles at Larsen & Toubro, where he held multiple senior HR positions including Joint General Manager for the Heavy Civil Infra IC and Head of HR for Global Operations in the Power Transmission & Distribution business, highlight his cross-industry versatility. From legal compliance to talent acquisition and global workforce management, Padmanabhan led with an inclusive and results-driven approach across India, the Middle East, Africa, ASEAN, and CIS regions.
Notably, Padmanabhan spent over a decade at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he rose through the ranks from Senior Manager to Senior Director – HR. There, he managed HR for several API manufacturing units with thousands of employees, building a strong reputation for operational leadership and people-first HR strategies. His foundational years at respected firms like Cadila Pharmaceuticals, NCR Corporation, Titan, and KONE further reinforced his deep expertise in handling complex HR challenges across manufacturing, life sciences, and tech industries.
