Mamita Bhattacharjee has been appointed as General Manager – HR & Administration at Dassault Reliance Aerospace Ltd., marking a thoughtful and well-earned progression in a career defined bydepth, perspective, and purpose-led leadership.

This transition comes at a stage where experience matters more than momentum. Known for her calmauthority and principled approach to people leadership, Mamita brings a strong belief that effectivepeople strategy is built on trust, fairness, and disciplined execution. In her current role, she partnersclosely with leadership to strengthen culture, capability, and organizational outcomes—ensuring theyremain both humane and business-aligned.

Prior to this appointment, Mamita served as Head – HR, Administration & HR Marketing (India) at Sonovision Aetos – Ortec Group, where she led the transformation of HR into a strategic business partner for a fast-scaling aerospace engineering organization. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, she led a 19-member HR team across two India locations and aligned people strategy with the business roadmap. Her impact included implementing end-to-end HR governance with 100% legal compliance, transitioning to an OKR-based performance management system, reducing attrition to below 11%, increasing employee satisfaction to 82%, and successfully managing AFNOR audits with zero non-conformities.

Earlier, as HR Head – India at Scaledge Technology, Mamita built the HR function from the ground up, supporting 200% headcount growth across six locations while maintaining strong culture and keeping attrition under control. She established HR Centers of Excellence, introduced automation, and embedded data-driven HR decision-making.

Her leadership foundation was further strengthened at Delta Electronics, where she served as Regional HR Head – South India, leading HR strategy for over 1,000+ employees across India and international markets, and earlier at PMC-Sierra (now Microchip Technology), where she helped scale and stabilize the India HR function during high-growth phases.

With early-career experience across organizations such as KPIT Technologies, Hewlett-Packard, and others, Mamita Bhattacharjee brings nearly two decades of progressive HR leadership—grounded, strategic, and deeply human.
