Jignesh Vaghela has been appointed as General Manager – Talent Acquisition at Lumina Datamatics. In this role, he will lead strategic hiring initiatives, drive recruitment excellence, and strengthen the company’s global talent acquisition framework to support its growth and innovation objectives.
Before joining Lumina Datamatics, Jignesh served as Vice President – Leadership Hiring at Ztek Consulting, where he specialized in senior-level hiring and talent strategy across diverse business verticals. He was instrumental in building client relations, optimizing talent pipelines, and leading recruitment operations across geographies.
Earlier, Jignesh worked with Orange Business Services as Global Head – Talent Acquisition, where he transformed global hiring operations across 40 countries. His tenure saw the implementation of Agile HR concepts, employer branding initiatives, and GDPR compliance within the talent acquisition function.
Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles in talent acquisition at Deloitte, Value Consulting, and Onward Technologies, where he built high-performing recruitment teams and drove operational efficiency. With over two decades of experience across global markets, Jignesh brings a wealth of expertise in strategic hiring, leadership development, and talent management to his new role at Lumina Datamatics.
