Vishav Suri has been appointed as Assistant Vice President – UAT Automation Lead at Synchrony, a leading financial services company known for its cutting-edge digital solutions and customer-centric innovation. In this new leadership role, Vishav will be responsible for driving automation excellence within the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) domain, ensuring robust test strategies, seamless integrations, and enhanced system reliability across Synchrony’s digital platforms. His appointment highlights Synchrony’s focus on strengthening its automation-driven quality assurance framework and advancing its technology transformation journey.
Prior to this, Vishav worked with TELUS Digital for over four years, where he played a pivotal role in shaping digital testing practices and automation strategy. As Software Quality Assurance Team Lead, he led high-performing teams in delivering scalable testing frameworks, fostering collaboration across global squads, and enhancing product quality through continuous integration and agile methodologies. His expertise in automation tools, scripting, and CI/CD environments contributed significantly to the delivery of superior digital experiences for TELUS customers.
Before joining TELUS Digital, Vishav held key roles at NTT DATA Services, Optum, and UnitedHealth Group, where he focused on test automation frameworks, performance testing, and QA transformation projects. During his tenure at NTT DATA, he contributed to automation framework development using advanced technologies such as Selenium Java, Postman, and Jenkins, while at Optum and UnitedHealth Group, he streamlined QA processes, improved automation coverage, and strengthened software delivery pipelines in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
Vishav began his professional journey as a Trainee at the National Informatics Centre (NIC), Government of India, where he gained foundational experience in software testing and system validation. Over the years, he has built a reputation as a dynamic technology leader with deep expertise in automation testing, API validation, and agile software engineering practices. His technical acumen spans across diverse tools and platforms, including Karate, Playwright, Maven, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), making him a versatile professional adept at bridging technology with business value.
With his appointment as AVP – UAT Automation Lead at Synchrony, Vishav Suri is set to lead automation innovation and testing transformation initiatives that will reinforce Synchrony’s digital reliability and operational excellence.
